Patty de Vries leads transformative experiences designed to expand the mind and deepen our understanding of how we interact with the world. With a deep expertise in neuro-literacy, Patty helps individuals and teams harness the power of the brain to optimize both internal and external experiences, making her a thought leader in the intersection of neuroscience, leadership, and well-being.
Hailing from Grand Forks, North Dakota, Patty’s journey began with a full athletic scholarship to Stanford University, where she earned a degree in Psychology and became a 9-time NCAA All-American in Shot Put and Discus and participated in the 1988 Olympic Trials.
In 1995, Patty founded TimeOut Services, a wellness company delivering innovative wellness programs for industry leaders like Google, Cisco, and Safeway. After selling the company in 2009, Patty continued to focus on helping individuals thrive by self-publishing her book, The Soft Side of Success in 2011.
From 2012 to 2022, Patty led wellness initiatives at Stanford University, working with faculty, staff, and healthcare professionals across Stanford Health Care and Stanford Children’s Health. In 2022, Patty and her husband, Greg, launched Living Well USA, which offers nature-based workshops, leadership programs, and event spaces designed to facilitate personal and professional growth and weddings too!
