Veronica is a public speaker, corporate trainer and award-winning author. She has 15 years of experience leading and developing large multicultural teams in APAC for world brands (Apple and Estée Lauder).
As a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Expert, she specializes in Inclusive Leadership, cultural agility, and Inclusive Language.
Having lived in nine countries, from Brazil to France, Australia, and China, she has a deep understanding of how to leverage cultural agility to build and develop inclusive, high-performing teams. She uses her passion and knowledge of languages to advocate for inclusive language as a catalyst for equity in organizations and society. She was a finalist for the Diversity Lead of the Year 2023 Award by Women in IT Asia and was a panelist at the 2025 SCMP DEI Summit in Hong Kong.
Veronica is a firm advocate of nurturing a growth mindset and well-being to achieve results, both personally and professionally, and unlock people’s potential. She uses her experience as a triathlete and Ironman and her journey as a writer to motivate her audience through inspiring storytelling that instigates action and change.
At a personal level, Veronica is a mum of two young daughters and a furry friend. She loves combining traveling with sports and has visited over 50 countries.
