Anna is currently the Managing Director of Level Up Collective where she's delivered Leadership, Capability & Culture Programs (including DE&I and Respect in the Workplace programs) for a wide range of organisations including the Australian Grand Prix Corporation and North Melbourne Football Club.

Anna has previously led in-house teams in HR, L&D, Recruitment and Talent Management across a range of industries including Jetstar Airways, Carlton & United Breweries, Cricket World Cup 2015 and Newcrest Mining.
