With over a decade of leadership in rugby refereeing, medicine and entrepreneurship - I have a multitude of passions.
Firstly, my goal is to consistently excel on the rugby field showcasing the skills and talents of players through excellent adjudication, communication and control, as world class rugby union referee.
Off the field my passion is in the areas of medicine and healthcare - continuing to grow as a better leader and medical doctor daily by continually practicing medicine.
At the heart of my work is a commitment to innovation and the well-being of communities, guided by the values and culture ingrained in the organisations I have helped develop.
I have co-founded and currently leading the team at Otago Vision Specialist, sharpening our focus on providing comprehensive eye care in the Otago region. This also includes co-founding oDocs Eye Care with a mission to end preventable blindness worldwide, leveraging my expertise in ophthalmology and global business.
Through strategic direction and a collaborative approach, my team and I are dedicated to advancing healthcare delivery and making a significant impact on global health.
