Esther is a leading expert in Diversity & Inclusion, culture change & talent retention and many other aspects of HR. Esther has held many senior roles within Unilever and was the Global Lead of Gender Equality. She has also had other roles in sustainability and innovation. In 2020 Esther went through the tragedy of loosing her younger sister to suicide after a long battle with her mental health. Esther has now created Sophie Says, a children’s brand helping children with their mental health. She is on a mission to create a wider societal culture change and reduce the stigma around mental health starting with early years children right up to NHS and governments. Esther has gained national media coverage including the Huffington Post, Sky News and The BBC and has won numerous awards including the prestigious UK Governments Point of Light award and Runner up for Women of the Future. Esther has been invited to speak about her work and story all around the world.
