I am a psychologist by trade and a certified coach with almost 20 years of experience in HR supporting leaders at all levels. I am also the host of Leadership TrailMix, a podcast with global reach that focuses on simplifying people leadership concepts, one or two elements at a time.
Listening, connecting dots, and communicating ideas in a inspiring and compelling manner by leveraging storytelling and analogies are my superpowers.
My work in HR allows me to translate business needs into people solutions, and is how I bring my purpose in life to action every day: helping people unleash their full potential and find the answers they are looking for, knowing that most of the answers are already inside of the individuals.
