
Richard is a seasoned professional with over a decade of experience spanning consulting, strategy, and people operations, with a specific focus on fostering inclusive employee experiences and supporting diverse and underrepresented talent. His approach emphasises shared responsibility in building cultures of inclusion, ensuring that it’s not just up to the underrepresented or a small group of allies, but something that the entire company contributes to.
With extensive experience leading diversity, equity, inclusion, and wellbeing initiatives, Richard has helped companies create cultures where all employees feel valued, empowered, and able to contribute their best. His work in consulting, where he managed transformation projects across sectors, and his leadership in driving inclusion efforts, demonstrates his commitment to building spaces where diversity thrives and is sustained through systems, not one-off initiatives.
In 2024, Richard was named to the prestigious STRETCH List, recognising 25 exceptional leaders who have championed diversity, equity, and inclusion across Corporate UK.
