With over 15 years of experience in sales, Ryan Tuckwood has redefined what it means to sell with integrity. As the founder of SWISH Sales Coaching, Ryan is a globally recognized mentor, speaker, and sales strategist, dedicated to helping professionals, entrepreneurs, and business owners master an ethical, authentic, and relationship-driven approach to sales—Selling With Integrity & Selling Honestly (SWISH).

A proud father of two boys, Maverick & Foxx, Ryan’s passion extends beyond business. As a multiple-business owner, investor, and trusted advisor, he is committed to empowering individuals to communicate their value more effectively, efficiently, and ethically.

Originally an engineer in the UK, he moved to Australia in 2010 and quickly found himself struggling as a sales professional. His defining moment came when he hit rock bottom—sleeping on a bathroom floor with just 31 cents to his name. Determined to change his trajectory, Ryan became obsessed with mastering the psychology of influence, studying everything from body language to behavioral science, emotional intelligence, and human decision-making.

Through years of experience, successes, and failures, Ryan developed SWISH in 2014, a revolutionary sales methodology prioritizing relationships over transactions. His company, SWISH Sales Coaching, has since helped over 21,500 clients globally—from B2B and B2C to government and nonprofit sectors—refining sales strategies, training teams, and driving revenue growth with integrity.

In 2018, Ryan’s impact was further solidified when he secured investment on Shark Tank Au from Dr. Glen Richards, Steve Baxter, and Andrew Banks. With their backing, Ryan built The SWISH Academy, now recognized as one of the world’s leading online sales training platforms.

In 2021, he was awarded Australia’s Distinguished Talent Visa through the Global Talent Program, granting him permanent residency as a recognized leader in his field. Most recently, he represented Australia as the only delegate selected from 40 global entrepreneurs to spend five days on Necker Island with Sir Richard Branson—a testament to his influence in the business world.

Beyond his passion for sales and coaching, Ryan is an avid football (soccer) fan, particularly of Leicester City. Above all, he cherishes his role as a devoted father to his two sons.
