
Simon Lancaster is one of the world’s top speechwriters. He first started writing speeches for members of Tony Blair’s Cabinet in 1999. He has since gone on to write speeches for the CEOs of some of the biggest companies in the world including Unilever, InterContinental Hotels and HSBC.
He has written several best-selling books on communication including 'Speechwriting: The Expert Guide', 'Winning Minds: Secrets from The Language of Leadership' and 'CONNECT! How to Inspire, Influence & Energise Anyone, Anywhere, Anytime', a WH Smith Business Book of the Month.
Simon is an Executive Fellow of Henley Business School, he lectures on Creative Writing at Cambridge University and he regularly analyses speeches on BBC, Sky and LBC. He is a three-time TEDx speaker and his ‘Speak Like A Leader’ TEDx talk is the go-to TEDx on leadership communication, with several million views. Simon has delivered Language of Leadership keynotes and workshops for many of the biggest companies in the world, including Amazon, American Express, YouTube, Google and Shell.
