Warren Davies, aka ‘The Unbreakable Farmer’.
Nearly 30 years back, I purchased my first farm to chase not just a career but also my father’s dream. Today, I’m one of Australia’s leading rural mental health speakers and advocates.
I’m painstakingly authentic, and believe that the key facilitators to mental wellbeing are communication, the strength of community, and the ability to seek help.
There’s no chance I’d call myself an expert or a guru. I’m just a regular farmer, with an innate ability to engage with individuals, communities, and organisations through my own lived experience.
In my workshops, I share stories of my personal battles with mental health and my experiences of hitting rock bottom. Why? Because I believe it’s these experiences that shaped me, and gave me the lessons that inform my approach to life today.
My keynote presentations focus on leadership, well-being, and the power of resilience.
Whether I’m speaking to farmers, CEOs, or community groups, my authentic, down-to-earth approach connects with people on a human level. My goal is to empower others to navigate their challenges, embrace change, and become stronger versions of themselves.
Outside of work, I am a husband, father of five, son, brother, mate, neighbour, and an everyday bloke.
